A milestone in digital transformation: Wort & Bild Verlag adopts goTom’s SaaS solution
Wort & Bild Verlag, known for the highest-circulating German customer magazine Apotheken Umschau, is now live with the comprehensive SaaS solution from goTom. This step marks an important milestone for the publisher, which now benefits from the innovative features and efficient process optimization of the CRM and OMS solution.
Before the collaboration started, Wort & Bild Verlag and goTom conducted an extensive proof-of-concept project to test the software in detail and verify the publisher’s requirements. Following the subsequent successful onboarding, Wort & Bild Verlag now uses the Marketer solution and thus the full solution from goTom, including interfaces to Google Ad Manager and SAP.
