For daily collaboration, we rely on Google Suite and Slack, while Notion acts as the company’s brain and central information backbone. Favro is our primary ticketing and project management system, and our Product and Marketing teams live in Figma.
We offer a flexible hybrid model. Usually, the team meets 2 days a week in the office to collaborate, while the rest of the time is fully flexible. We focus on impact and results, not just desk time.
