New additions to the team: Julian Hens & Tobias Keller join goTom
Our team continues to grow – and with it, our focus on customer centricity! In the first quarter of 2025, we welcome two new colleagues who will help drive goTom forward with their experience and expertise: Julian Hens starts as Account Executive, and Tobias Keller joins as Customer Success Manager. At the same time, we’re excited about the internal growth of Britta Heitkamp, who will now take over a role in marketing and communications at goTom.
Their career paths
Tobias – Ad-Tech expert with a strategic focus on digital systems
Tobias brings extensive experience in managing and optimizing digital tools as he joins goTom. After completing his E-Commerce studies, he built a Customer Service Desk at InsideLabs and gained insights into digital marketing at Webrepublic. At TX Group and Goldbach, he was responsible for the operative development of Ad-Tech systems. So why goTom? The company represents an innovative, fast-growing business with a start-up vibe in the heart of Zurich – the perfect place to experience the industry from a new perspective, actively contribute to customer success, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Julian, what’s something that must always be on your desk?
“Clearly: coffee! And not just any coffee – the espresso machine in the goTom office is my secret favorite colleague.”
Tobias, are you Team Coffee, or do you have a secret weapon?
“Coffee, but always with my Bottle24 beside me – hydration is key!”
My superpower at work is taking things with humor – no matter how complicated it gets, a positive attitude always helps move things forward.
Is there a ritual or moment in the team’s daily routine that you especially look forward to?
Julian: “The spontaneous exchange with colleagues – sometimes the best ideas come up between two meetings or while grabbing a coffee.”
Tobias: “Lunch at the office – the perfect opportunity to connect, get to know your colleagues better, and pick up the best restaurant tips along the way.”
And finally: What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Tobias: “Keep calm and be yourself – it’s helped me a lot!”
Julian: “Listening makes all the difference – often, it’s the small details that make good collaboration work.”
