willhaben has been using our cloud solution since the summer of this year. goTom sees itself as a full-service solution for digital marketing. Pre-sales, sales and the complete after-sales management are part of the application. The essential philosophy is the automation of all processes in order to offer marketers an efficient workflow and at the same time generate resources for direct market access.

By using the interface, we can automate a large part of the campaign processing. By standardizing the setup of our products and documenting all work steps, we can further increase our efficiency and optimize products and processes over the long term.

goTom can be easily integrated into existing technical infrastructures – including third-party systems. Our software has all relevant interfaces to ad servers, ERP systems such as SAP or CRM systems such as Salesforce. This creates a significantly higher speed during roll-out and reduces company resources in project management.
